Nuclear Medicine Division Safety Committee

Description:

This committee will be responsible for reviewing the safety reports associated with the proposals submitted to the Life Science Proposal Evaluation Committee (LSPEC) and for reviewing the action plans for corrective actions in response to the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) issued in the division. It will report formally at the Quarterly Safety Management Meeting.
