Submission Instructions
The annual report will be produced using LaTeX2e and figures will be included

-
Download, print out, read and follow the instructions available in
PDF (156 KB) or
PostScript (416 KB)
formats.
-
Download the LaTeX skeleton file
ann_rep_skeleton.tex
which should be used for all contributions.
-
If you are submitting figures, please study the
figure post-mortems
for the 1998-2002 Annual Reports, especially if you submitted figures
to them.
-
If the original version of a figure or photograph was a bitmap image,
please submit the original JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, BMP, etc. file as
well as the EPS version.
-
Please ensure that you include:
-
a list of all journal publications which were published, in
press, or submitted during 2003; and all conference presentations
which were published, in press, or presented during 2003;
-
a list of all theses awarded in association with the work during
2003;
-
Science division experiment contributions should list the names
and affiliations of all people presently associated with the
experiment and the present status of the experiment. The
information will be used to update Appendix D and Appendix E.
-
Write your contribution and submit as instructed, along with a hard
copy.
Authors who are unable/unwilling to use the LaTeX skeleton
file should either submit their contribution as plain ASCII text, or use MS
Word and submit in Rich Text Format. (To do this, authors should finish
editing their MS Word .doc file, then use the Save As option in the File
pulldown menu and select the Rich Text Format option to produce a MS Word
.rtf file.) Authors MUST submit their figure files separately (see 4
above) and MUST SUBMIT A HARD COPY to ensure correct translation of any
mathematical, Greek or other symbols to LaTeX.
