Instructions for Division Secretaries

Instructions for Preparation of Division Chapters
Instruct authors in your division to carefully follow the
submission guidelines
and to submit their files to you.
In particular, please ask authors in your division to:
-
Download and read the six page instructions document.
Even if they are not using LaTeX they should read the following
sections:
- Introduction
- Contribution Requirements
- Figures
- Other required Information
- Download the LaTeX skeleton file.

Submit the original format version of any figure files, as well as the
Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) version.
- If not using the LaTeX skeleton file, submit as plain ASCII or in MS
Word Rich Text Format.
Use the skeleton file listed below for your division if you are collating
the contributions submitted for your chapter.
Once complete, inform
Lorraine King
in the Publications Office.
