Recently TRIUMF played host to professional photographer, and a Sloan-Foundation grant recipient, Stanley Greenberg of Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Greenberg was at TRIUMF to take some shots for his upcoming book of black and white photographs of the world's subatomic physics laboratories, for which he received the Sloan grant.

After having traveled to CERN, FermiLab, and elsewhere, Mr. Greenberg brought his 4x5 field camera to TRIUMF to photograph ISAC, the Meson Hall, and the cyclotron vault. The visit was very successful, and TRIUMF can look forward to his work when his new book is published in a year or two.

Please follow this link for examples of Stanley Greenberg's artistry behind the camera.
