Installation of the reinforcing bars in the upper portion of the cyclotron support pad. The "I" beam grid for the tie-rods has yet to be installed.
The bolts that will eventually fasten the cyclotron supports and the jacking colums have been previously installed and are locked in place by previous concrete pours at their bases.
