This scholarship is offered every two years. The next award will be available in 2007.

Overview

The Rudy Abegg Memorial Scholarship is intended to aid graduate students who are actively conducting research at TRIUMF and are in the later stage of Ph.D. study. It will be awarded to a graduate student whose research work is being carried out at TRIUMF on the advice of the TRIUMF Operating Committee.

Applications should be forwarded to TRIUMF by the student's faculty supervisor. Application forms are available at TRIUMF or may be obtained here in PDF format. Complete applications should be returned to:

  2. The candidate must be an accredited student at:
    1. one of the TRIUMF member universities (University of Alberta, University of British Columbia, Carleton University, Université de Montréal, Simon Fraser University, University of Toronto, University of Victoria);
