TRIUMF’s Conference Office provides support for staff at TRIUMF and its member universities in organizing and running successful meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Services include assistance in:
- Bidding for conferences
- Selection and booking of venue and accommodations
- Online Registration management
- Event details such as catering, room set-up, etc.
- Managing exhibitors and sponsors
- On-site logistics management
Approval must be obtained from the Director and Associate Director for TRIUMF to host the conference/workshop. Assistance from the Conference Office is subject to time constraints of other scheduled events. Check the Upcoming Conferences list to see the current commitments of the Conference Office.
