Japan & Canada Compete for Top Researcher

U.S. researcher Dr. Mark Hartz is the envy of Japan's Kavli Institute for Physics & Mathematics of the Universe and Canada's TRIUMF lab. For the next 5 years, Hartz will work on T2K neutrinos and then choose his long-term home.
