Physical Sciences Division: CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - SAP-EEC July 2017

Dear Experimenters,

The Call for Submissions for the next Subatomic Physics Experiments Evaluation Committee (SAP-EEC) meeting has been posted and can be found at http://www.triumf.ca/sites/default/files/CallForSubmissions_SAP-EECJuly2017.pdf. Please note the next meeting will take place on Friday and Saturday, July 7th and 8th, 2017.

We will be accepting letters of intent, proposals, and progress reports submitted via the Spokespersons' portal. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, June 7th, 2017 at midnight (Vancouver time).

Please note: Spokespersons are required to make the facility coordinator(s) and/or collaboration spokespersons for the relevant experimental facilities aware of their new proposal(s). The facility coordinator list can be found at http://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/resources-while-planning, under the heading "List of Facility Coordinators".
