In the week of September 11 - 17, TRIUMF will be hosting Prof. Prajval Shastri, vice-chair of the International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development (IYBSSD). The visit will include special seminars at local universities, a VIP TRIUMF Saturday Morning lecture, a GAPS-EDI-led event, and a TRIUMF-focused event: a high-level public panel discussion/debate at the Wosk Centre downtown.

EDI Calendar
TRIUMF's EDI calendar is one of the laboratory's committed steps towards creating diverse, equitable and inclusive work enviroments where all employees and visitors are valued and feel like they belong. It is meant to capture, recognize, and communicate national and international days of significance, cultural celebrations, awareness days and months, and many more, with the intent to keep track of days that have special meaning for the TRIUMF community.
