In 2018, as part of our 50th-anniversary celebration, the TRUMF community took the opportunity to look back on our dynamic five decades-long history and reflect on the contributors and drivers of our success as a national science institution. At the same time, we were challenged to look forward and envision not only what our science program and our community would look like in five years (2020-25 Five-Year Plan) but further what our laboratory could look like in ten or twenty years - and beyond.
This provided a natural opportunity to consider our brand identity – an expression of TRIUMF and its values.
We embarked on this exploration with input from the TRIUMF community and first shared the result internally in late 2017, launching our brand identity implementation tool kit which is available via the links on this digital hub. These resources comprise the foundational elements needed to collaboratively implement TRIUMF’s refreshed brand identity system.
The elements of TRIUMF’s brand implementation tool kit are dynamic and part of a broader system in which we are all collaborators. Testing, feedback, and direct contributions from members of the TRIUMF community have been instrumental in the development of this system and will continue to improve it. As these assets and elements will continue to evolve, please always download them from this webpage to ensure you are using the latest versions.
